The Fall State Leadership Conference takes place from Saturday, November 18th – Tuesday, November 21st. Volunteers need to arrive by 11:30a.m. on Saturday, November 18th and can depart after 5pm on Tuesday, November 21st. We also need volunteers to help set up our community service project. Those volunteers must arrive by Saturday, November 18th, at 700 a.m.
All food and lodging is provided for chosen volunteers. In order to volunteer for the conference, you must pay your $12 annual dues for the 2016-2017 school year. You can pay your dues by clicking here. If this is your first alumni event and do not have a yellow alumni jacket, you will need to purchase one in advance. You can pay online here. Jackets are $45. Please wait until you are accepted as a volunteer before paying for your jacket. Please fill out of the following form and submit by October 9th. Any submissions after October 9th will be added to the alternate list.
In previous years, we have conducted a preparation meeting a few weeks before the conference. However, we will now provide a training on Saturday, November 18th at 12:00 noon instead. All volunteers must attend. Once you apply to volunteer for the Fall Leadership Conference, you will be notified by e-mail of the decision. If you do not hear from a member of the Alumni Board by October 20th, please resubmit your application.
